Walking distance (about .5 mile) to Whitefish Elementary & High School, as well as, Whitefish Christian and less than a mile to Whitefish Middle School. Walking distance (about .5 mile) to downtown Whitefish. Unfurnished and tenant will need to supply washer & dryer.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities, water, internet, snow removal & lawn care. No smoking on property (inside and outside). A one-year lease is required, with the first month’s rent and deposit due at lease signing.
